Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix errors with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, plus desktop apps.
- Hardware & Software: Install, configure, and repair laptops, desktops, printers, and software packages.
- User Management: Create new hire accounts, assign passwords, and manage permissions in Active Directory or Office 365.
- Network Support: Assist with Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN connections, and VPN client setups.
- Ticketing & Documentation: Log all service requests, update status tickets, and document fixes.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
