IT Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
• Provide first-line support for Windows, LAN/Wi-Fi, internet, VPN and Remote Desktop issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Assist with user accounts, permissions, password resets, MFA/2FA and application access.
• Prepare devices and system access for employee onboarding and support IT requirements during offboarding.
• Maintain IT asset, software, access and support records.
• Assist with endpoint security, updates, backup checks and routine IT maintenance.
• Support Teams workspaces, email signatures, SharePoint folders and other business technology requirements.
• Troubleshoot employee issues independently and escalate complex issues appropriately.
• Coordinate with vendors and client IT teams when required.

What Were Looking For:

• 1–4 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, helpdesk or a similar role.
• Practical knowledge of Windows, hardware, Microsoft 365 and basic networking.
• Familiarity with VPN, RDP, MFA, user accounts and access management.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication, responsiveness and a strong service mindset.
• Exposure to Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune or similar tools would be an advantage.
