IT Support Executive

Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
Certifications of Cybersecurity are an advantage
1-2 years of experience in IT Support or System Monitoring
Experienced in Handling Cybersecurity tools and Protocols
Proficiency in monitoring and maintaining IT Systems, networks, and servers
Knowledge of VPNs, endpoint security and network troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and antivirus software
Hands on experience with Windows and Linux
Availability to work in shifts or during emergencies if required
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to the security industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Familiar with Compliance Standards
Living in Mainland, Penang

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
