It Support Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Support Engineer / IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support across multiple business locations. This role involves supporting end users, maintaining IT
infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network connectivity, and ensuring uninterrupted operations of CCTV surveillance systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical troubleshooting skills, a service-
oriented mindset, and the ability to handle diverse IT support requirements across office and plant environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite and remote IT support to employees across all company locations.

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, operating systems, and peripheral devices.

• Support and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, email configuration, and other business applications.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other hardware peripherals.

• Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, software, and hardware-related issues.

• Manage and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and network access issues.

• Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to resolve internet downtime and connectivity problems.

• Install, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and surveillance systems.

• Ensure CCTV cameras are operational, recording properly, and accessible when required.

• Coordinate with CCTV vendors for repairs, replacement, maintenance, and new installations.

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including system setup, user access, asset allocation, and asset collection.

• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including desktops, laptops, printers, networking devices, CCTV equipment, and accessories.

• Perform preventive maintenance of IT infrastructure and user devices.

• Coordinate with hardware vendors, service providers, and technology partners for support and procurement requirements.

• Maintain IT support logs, issue trackers, and asset inventories.

• Ensure timely resolution and closure of user support requests and technical issues.

• Visit corporate offices and recycling plant locations regularly to provide onsite IT support and infrastructure maintenance.
  Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook.

• Hands-on experience in desktop support, laptop troubleshooting, hardware maintenance, and software installation.

• Good understanding of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, routers, switches, internet connectivity, and network troubleshooting.

• Experience supporting printers, scanners, and other office IT equipment.

• Working knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and surveillance infrastructure.

• Experience in IT asset management, inventory maintenance, and user support documentation.

• Ability to coordinate with ISPs, hardware vendors, CCTV vendors, and third-party service providers.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel regularly between office and plant locations.
