IT Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and support POS systems, FeedMe (preferred).
• Provide PC and Mac support, including hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Deliver remote support to outlets and office teams as needed.
• Support peripherals such as printers, barcode scanners, and payment terminals.
• Maintain IT inventory records and documentation.
• Provide basic support and user management through JumpCloud.
• Collaborate with vendors for escalated issues and hardware replacements.
• Assist with new outlet openings and infrastructure readiness.
• Setup new outlets with PC, printers and POS system
• Aliase with vendors if any issue occurs

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate IT knowledge covering Windows and macOS.
• Familiarity with POS systems; experience with FeedMe is a plus.
• Good understanding of basic networking.
• Basic knowledge of JumpCloud for device and user access management.
• Strong critical thinking and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills; conversational English proficiency is required.
• Willingness to travel for on-site support when necessary.
