Job Summary

BIN BAKAR Electronics is hiring an IT Executive (IT Operations Specialist) to manage and support daily IT operations across head office and branches. The role involves system administration, network management, technical support, surveillance systems, and overall IT infrastructure maintenance to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain CCTV / Camera Surveillance Systems across all locations
• Handle Network Administration, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and internet connectivity
• Perform System Administration tasks (installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware & software)
• Oversee Website Management, including basic updates and coordination with developers if required
• Provide Technical Support & Troubleshooting for staff, systems, and devices
• Ensure smooth IT Operations at head office and branches
• Manage and support Attendance & Biometric Systems
• Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backups
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
• Maintain IT documentation and inventory records

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum relevant experience in IT Support and Network Administration
• Hands-on experience in IT Operations & Technical Support
• Strong knowledge of Networking, Troubleshooting, and System Administration
• Relevant IT certifications will be considered an added advantage
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple IT issues simultaneously
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of attention to detail and responsibility
