Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and responsible IT Administrator / IT Support Executive to manage our company's IT infrastructure, servers, networks, computer systems, and overall technical operations.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in server management, network troubleshooting, system administration, data backup, cybersecurity, and resolving day-to-day IT issues. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all company IT systems operate smoothly, securely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company servers, computer systems, and IT infrastructure.
• Monitor server performance, system uptime, storage, and network connectivity.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, LAN, Wi-Fi, and other technical issues.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and company email systems.
• Maintain regular data backups and assist with disaster recovery procedures.
• Implement basic cybersecurity measures, antivirus protection, firewalls, and system updates.
• Manage company routers, switches, networking equipment, and connectivity.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve daily IT-related problems.
• Maintain IT assets, software licenses, system documentation, and inventory.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
• Ensure the security and reliability of company data and digital infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or IT infrastructure management.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic Linux administration.
• Practical experience with server setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Knowledge of data backup, recovery, antivirus, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.
• Good communication skills and the ability to support a team.
• Relevant IT certifications are an advantage but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing on-premises or cloud-based servers.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and company email administration.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience managing shared storage, file permissions, and network security.
• Ability to handle IT maintenance independently.
