Qualification: Diploma/Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.

Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Support Executive to provide technical support and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS, and connectivity issues.
• Support LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Maintain IT asset records, including asset allocation, returns, warranty, and AMC details.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
• Assist employees with day-to-day IT-related issues.
• Support antivirus, IT security, and data backup activities.
• Coordinate with IT vendors for repairs, purchases, and maintenance.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, and networking.
• Experience with printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT asset management.

Experience & Joining:

Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are preferred. Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered.
