IT Support Executive / Junior IT Administrator

Role Overview:-

We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined IT Support Executive / Junior IT Administrator to support the organization's day-to-day IT operations. The role involves assisting with hardware, software, networking, system maintenance, and employee technical support. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT infrastructure, good problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Assist in maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and Windows operating systems.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and resolve basic IT-related issues.
• Assist in troubleshooting internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, LAN, and basic network issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, email configuration, and user account management.
• Assist with employee IT onboarding and offboarding, including system allocation and access setup.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, warranties, and equipment records.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for hardware repairs and technical issues when required.
• Assist in antivirus installation, system updates, endpoint security, and data backup activities.
• Maintain basic IT documentation and escalate complex technical issues to senior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• 0–2 years of experience in IT Support, Technical Support, Hardware & Networking, or a similar role. Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can apply.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, and Wi-Fi.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Outlook, and user account management is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of routers, switches, and internet connectivity troubleshooting.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and provide technical support to employees.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Hardware & Networking, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:-

• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with antivirus software, data backup, and IT asset management.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or equivalent will be an advantage.
• Internship, academic project, or practical experience in IT support and hardware troubleshooting is a plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
