Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technology support to employees. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in macOS administration and troubleshooting, along with knowledge of Windows, networking, endpoint security, and IT asset management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot macOS systems and devices
• Provide Windows and end-user IT support
• Manage IT hardware, assets, and inventory
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic networking issues
• Support Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments
• Manage MDM and endpoint security solutions
• Handle employee IT onboarding and offboarding
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers
• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and timely resolution of technical issues

Key Skills & Requirements

• Strong macOS administration and troubleshooting – Must Have
• 3–6 years of experience in IT support or IT operations
• Good knowledge of Windows and end-user support
• Experience with hardware and IT asset management
• Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic networking
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
• Understanding of MDM and endpoint security
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and coordination skills
