About the Job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically minded Technical Support Engineer with a strong foundation in Java and MySQL to support our system operations and technical integration processes. In this role, you will troubleshoot system issues, monitor system performance, assist with API integration, and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and reliable system operations.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support to global clients and key business accounts, addressing day-to-day technical inquiries, system-related issues, and integration requirements.
2. Monitor system performance and conduct routine checks of production environments to ensure system stability, reliability, and smooth operations.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including system errors, data discrepancies, API integration issues, and operational abnormalities.
4. Document solutions to common technical issues and prepare operational guidelines to assist clients with system integration, feature configuration, and implementation.
5. Collaborate with internal technical and business teams to resolve incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and continuously improve system performance and service quality.
6. Follow the assigned shift schedule and respond promptly to urgent technical issues and unexpected system incidents.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

1. Diploma or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management, Network Engineering, or a related technical field.
2. Fresh graduates with strong technical fundamentals are welcome to apply. Candidates with server-side development internships, hands-on backend project experience, or technical support experience will have an advantage.

Technical Skills & Competencies

1. Proficient in MySQL and SQL, including multi-table joins, data queries, query optimization, and basic index utilization.
2. Strong foundation in Java, including object-oriented programming, collection frameworks, exception handling, and basic multithreading concepts.
3. Familiar with the Spring Boot framework and basic backend application development concepts.
4. Familiar with Git for version control and Maven for project build management, with a basic understanding of backend development and deployment workflows.
5. Experience in API testing and debugging, log analysis, production issue troubleshooting, or system integration will be an advantage.
