IT Support (Fresh Gradaute position)

About the role

Join the dynamic IT team at Speedy Group Corp. Limited as an IT Support professional. In this full-time position based in Hong Kong, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's technology infrastructure and providing exceptional user support.

What you'll be doing

• Respond promptly to user inquiries and troubleshoot a variety of hardware and software issues
• Provide first-line support and guide users through the resolution of technical problems
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, and other IT equipment
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and enhance existing systems
• Document and maintain detailed records of all support activities and resolutions

What we're looking for

• Familiarity with a range of hardware, software, and operating systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a passion for providing excellent customer service
• Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in IT support or a related field
• Fresh graduates from Computing/ Information Technology is welcome
