IT SUPPORT (FRESH GRADUATE!)

About the role

RVD FOOD GROUP is seeking an IT Support to join our team on a full-time basis in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This is an urgent opportunity to make an immediate impact within our organisation. As IT Support, you will be the frontline of our technical assistance services, providing essential support to end-users and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This role is critical to maintaining business continuity and delivering exceptional service to our internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

• ERP Encoding & Support: Create and maintain Item codes, customer codes, and vendor codes. Encode purchase slips and other ERP transactions.
• Assist departments in their ERP-related requests. Ensure accuracy and completeness of encoded information. Learn and support other ERP modules and processes.
• IT End-User Support: Assist employees with computer and software issues. Troubleshoot basic printer, internet, network, and hardware problems. Povide first-level technical support to branches and head office users. Escalate complex technical issues on the IT Senior/Manager when necessary.
• POS System Support: Learn the Company's POS system and its basic operations. Assist branches with POS-related concerns. Coordinate POS issues with the POS provider when necessary. Assist with POS testing, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
• IT Documentation: Maintain records of ERP, POS, and IT support requests. Prepare simple reports and monitoring files using Excel. Follow IT procedures and maintain proper documentation.

What we're looking for

• Graduate of BS Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related course
• FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply!
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Basic knowledge of computer troubleshooting, networking, internet, printers, and hardware.
• Good data encoding and attention to detail.
• Willing to learn ERP and POS Systems.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Willing to provide IT Support to Head Office and Branch users.
• Willing to travel to branches when needed.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• ERP/POS experience is an advantage but not required.
• Fluency in English; Filipino language skills are advantageous
