มาร่วมทีมในฐานะด่านหน้าของระบบ Cloud! คุณจะได้เรียนรู้การจัดการระบบในสเกลใหญ่ รับ Ticket และแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นร่วมกับทีม Tier 2 ในสภาพแวดล้อมที่ต้องทำงานแข่งกับเวลา
What You’ll Do:
- Shift Operation: รับผิดชอบงานตามกะ (24/7) เพื่อให้ระบบรันได้ต่อเนื่อง
- Service Desk: รับ Call/Ticket วิเคราะห์ปัญหา และทำ First-line Troubleshooting
- Cloud Support: ให้คำปรึกษาและแก้ไขปัญหาเทคนิคเบื้องต้นบนระบบ Cloud Platform
- Reporting: สรุปยอด Incident ประจำวัน/สัปดาห์/เดือน
Who You Are:
จบปริญญาตรีสาย Computer หรือ IT
มีประสบการณ์ 1 ปีขึ้นไป ด้าน Cloud, Server, System หรือ Network
มีพื้นฐาน Cloud Management Platform
พร้อมทำงานเป็นกะ (Flexible Shift) และสื่อสารได้ชัดเจน
หากมี certification ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
Office Working Hours: เข้ากะ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
