Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with computer hardware and software support and troubleshoot user issues.
• Handle IT support requests and assist users with technical problems.
• Monitor network and system performance and assist with basic configurations.
• Maintain IT asset inventory records and assist with help desk documentation.
• Support technical reporting and other day-to-day IT operational activities.

Skills and Experiences:

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

• An interest in IT infrastructure, computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer troubleshooting.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A willingness to learn and work collaboratively as part of a team.
