• Managing the entire company IT systems (Network/Telephony/Server/Client/Software/Service/Etc.).
• Manage and coordinate with IT vendors and suppliers to support business operations.
• Providing daily troubleshooting for endpoint software and hardware, and directly supporting users.
• Provide consultation and support for user requests.
• On-site support for domestic branch offices.
• Always looking for an IT technology/innovation and try to apply to the company with the most appropriate solution.
• Provide advice and support to users for all IT systems within the organization through ticketing systems, email, and phone calls.
• Provide support for internal systems, including Microsoft services, cloud infrastructure, and network environments.
• Opportunity to develop business acumen and project management skills, along with gaining practical experience in global communication through collaboration with international teams.
• Exposure to a wide range of technologies, including Cisco networking, Microsoft platforms, Zscaler, and cloud-based telephony solutions, providing valuable hands-on experience in enterprise IT environments.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT related.
• At least 1 year of experience in related role, and experience in support approx. 300 users is a plus.
• Has strong knowledge, understanding, and skills of IT related fields, with logical problem analysis and solving abilities.
• The ability to solve problems with a sense of ownership.
• Conversational level in English communication with ability to verbally communicate with HQ
• Strong passion for work, with a high level of commitment and dedication to self-development.
