IT Support (Intern)

Main Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT technical support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, account, and access/permission issues.
• Assist employees with computer hardware and software-related issues, including Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and other common applications.
• Assist with IT asset management, including equipment registration, distribution, tracking, and collection.
• Assist with basic network and system troubleshooting and escalate more complex issues to the relevant IT team when necessary.
• Support day-to-day IT operations and other IT-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, Windows/macOS, and Microsoft Office.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Internship duration: Minimum 3 months.

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,100.00 per month
