IT Support Intern

Job Purpose:

The IT Support Intern will assist the IT department in maintaining computer systems, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and POS systems
• Support users with login issues, email setup, and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain IT inventory including hardware and software assets
• Assist in monitoring system performance and reporting issues
• Help in data backup processes and basic cybersecurity practices
• Coordinate with vendors for IT-related services when required
• Document issues, solutions, and standard operating procedures

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems
• Familiarity with Windows, MS Office, and common applications
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Internship

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,200.00 per month
