About the role:

We’re looking for an IT Support Intern to help keep our daily operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll assist the IT team with various administrative and technical support tasks — from managing documents and IT assets, to troubleshooting user issues, coordinating with vendors, and supporting onboarding sessions. It’s a great opportunity for students or fresh graduates who are eager to learn more about IT operations in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

What you'll do:

• Support end-to-end IT Asset Disposal processes, including inventory checking, asset tagging, documentation, and status tracking.
• Maintain and update IT asset records to ensure data accuracy during disposal activities.
• Prepare and organize disposal-related documents, including handover forms, approval documents, and supporting administrative files.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors regarding asset pickup, delivery, and disposal schedules.
• Assist in conducting stock opname and physical verification for IT assets planned for disposal.
• Support data cleanup and ensure disposed devices follow company procedures and compliance standards.
• Help monitor disposal progress and provide regular updates to the IT team.
• Assist in operational and administrative tasks related to IT asset management projects

What you'll need:

• Final year students in IT or any field, fresh graduates are welcome
• Having an experience in IT support is a plus
• Minimal Passive in English communication.
• Familiar with computer devices & printer
• Familiar with Windows OS and MacBook is a plus
• Willing to work in the office (preferably looking who live in Jakarta or Depok) during regular office hours.
