IT Support Intern

Position: IT Support Intern
Location: Pune

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Understanding of computer hardware, software installation and troubleshooting.
• Basic networking knowledge, including LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, DNS and VPN.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 user support.
• Good communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and assist employees with IT issues.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for laptop, desktop, printer and application issues.
• Assist with operating system installation, software configuration and updates.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup and collection.
• Assist with email, Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Troubleshoot basic network, internet and VPN connectivity problems.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and device allocation records.
• Log support requests, document resolutions and escalate complex issues.
• Assist with antivirus checks, security updates and routine IT maintenance under supervision.
