IT Support Intern (f/m/d)

What you will do:

• Provide first-line onsite or remote technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues under supervision.
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Assist with the setup and configuration of new workplaces, including cabling and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain basic hardware and software components, including operating systems and standard applications.
• Document all support activities accurately and comprehensively.
• Support system rollouts, migrations, and updates under supervision.
• Maintain inventory records of IT assets and replace defective hardware components under guidance.

What you bring & who you are:

• Student in final years or recent graduate in Computer Science, Technical Engineering, Systems Administration, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Hands-on experience with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and productivity software (Microsoft Office).
• Familiarity with remote support tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changes.
• Proactive and eager to learn new technologies.
• Fluent in English (intermediate-advanced proficiency); German is a plus.
