IT Support Internship

Work Location: Onsite – BSD & Gondangdia
Requirement: Personal laptop required

What You’ll Do:
Monitor operational processes and respond to issues directly
Analyze technical issues and identify initial root causes
Process data and prepare accurate daily and monthly reports
Support daily operational activities and resolve issues in the field
Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operational processes

What we’re looking for:

• Final-year student (minimum 7th semester) or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Proficient in Excel and data processing
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and good at problem-solving
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to work onsite in BSD & Gondangdia
• Basic computer skills and English proficiency
