'1.负责Windows系统和常用软件的安装、基本配置。 2.员工入离职IT资产发放回收，针对员工提出的问题进行答疑 3.企业内各系统及硬件设施的日常维护 4.配合IT团队完成用户支持工作 5.协助整理IT相关技术文档及操作手册 6.SAP软件的账号及权限申请 7.完成部门安排的其他工作 1.Responsible for the installation and basic configuration of Windows systems and common software. 2.Distribute and recover IT assets for employees onboarding and offboarding, and answer employees' questions. 3.Daily maintenance of internal enterprise systems and hardware facilities. 4.Cooperate with the IT team to complete user support work. 5.Assist in sorting out IT related technical documents and operation manuals. 6.SAP Account and Authorization Application 7.Complete other work assigned by the department.
