IT Support / Junior IT Support

Telford International was established in 1982 to meet the growing demand for beverage products in Hong Kong. Our group offers over 100 brands of natural, healthy, and functional beverages, as well as international spirits and wines, with a unique mix of in-house and third-party brands, including Tao Ti, Meko, Ovaltine, Asahi, Remy Martin, and more. To provide more quality products to the Hong Kong market, we are looking to hire more talents from various fields to support the expansion of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general PC installation, maintenance, technical and networking support to end users,
• Capable of problem solving and troubleshooting,
• Manage the Servers and Network administration for office,
• Daily system maintenance including backup, implementation and testing, software/ hardware installation and configuration,
• Prepare relevant IT documentation and manage IT inventory,
• Perform general system administrative tasks such as reporting, monitoring, and data entry or etc.
• Ad hoc assignments are required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• At least 1-year experience in related discipline.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Good knowledge in PC hardware, Microsoft Windows Platform and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge in TCP/IP Networking, Windows Server, Linux Server, Mac OS are an advantage.
• Knowledge in VMWare, SAN storage operation is preferred.
• Troubleshooting experiences on PC hardware, software and peripherals are also a prerequisite.
• Having a friendly and engaging personality and working with members of the public under positive attitude
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, independent and mature.
• Willing to learn, detail-minded and self-motivated.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered to Junior IT support.
