What they need
Role & responsibilities
Lead day to day L3 application support for Finnone New Suite & related leading applications.
Monitor application availability, performance ,interfaces, batch jobs & critical business processes.
Handle incidents, service request & production issues with defined SLA/TAT.
Perform root causes analysis for recurring & critical application issues & implement preventive actions.
Troubleshoot application & database related issues using SQL queries.
Write & executive SQL queries for data validation, issue investigation, reconciliation & MIS/reporting.
Coordinate production releases, deployment activities, rollback plans & post production validation.
Monitor EOD/BOD processes, batch jobs, interfaces & system integrations.
Support integrations between Finnone Neo & other systems such as payment gateways, APIs, CRM, Collection systems & digital channels.
Maintain incident logs, problem management records, SOPs & technical documentation.
Lead & mentor the IT application support Team.
Preferred candidate profile
- In depth knowledge of FinnOne New Suite
- Deep understanding and knowledge of SQL Queries
