At 7Solutions Co., Ltd. (software house) we’re building more than just scalable tech we’re building an innovation engine. We're looking for a IT Support Manager to lead our IT operations, build a culture of performance, and enable the company to grow with confidence.

You’ll lead a high-impact team that doesn’t just fix issues — they design systems, automate solutions, and build a foundation for innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and grow a high-performing IT support team
• Drive IT strategies aligned with business priorities
• Manage infrastructure, systems, networks, and IT security
• Own IT budgeting, planning, and vendor relationships
• Set up automation, reporting tools, and proactive support systems
• Leverage tools like JIRA and Discord to manage tasks and team flow
• Stay ahead of emerging tech and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support, 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure, networking & security
• Proven experience in budget and vendor management
• Hands-on with tools like JIRA, ITSM systems, and monitoring tools
• Comfortable managing through Discord and modern collaboration platforms
• ITIL and/or PMP certification is a plus
