We are looking for a IT Support with:
- Strong understanding of L1/L2 support processes and the ITIL framework.
- Solid experience with database queries using SQL, specifically under Oracle environments.
- Strong knowledge of Foreign Exchange (FX) Front-to-Back products and workflows
- Good english comunication (B2 minimum)
Location: Porto or Lisbon
Regime: Hybrid - Mandatory Location in Portugal
Level of Experience: Senior (+6 years)
Salary Package & Benefits: €1,750 to €3,500 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
