Role & responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support to users via phone, email or in person.
• Log, track and resolve issues through ticketing system.
• Manage user accounts and system access.

Requirements

• Graduate in IT field
• Knowledge of IT ticketing systems
• Basic understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, networking and hardware troubleshooting
• Good communication and problem solving skills
