IT Support Officer

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an IT Support Officer at وظائف صناعة الملابس. The IT Support Officer will provide day-to-day technical assistance to team members, including diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Responsibilities include responding to support requests, guiding users through solutions, monitoring system performance, and maintaining accurate records of incidents and resolutions. The role also involves supporting desktop environments, configuring and troubleshooting printers, and escalating complex issues when needed. Collaboration with other departments to ensure reliable IT operations and adherence to security and data protection practices is expected.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for resolving user and system issues efficiently.
• Candidates should possess solid Information Technology knowledge to support common operating systems, applications, and basic networking.
• Candidates should possess experience working with Desktop Computers, including setup, configuration, maintenance, and basic upgrades.
• Candidates should possess Printer Support skills, including installation, configuration, and resolving printing issues.
• Candidates should possess clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to non-technical users.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple support requests.
• Relevant certifications or coursework in IT support, computer science, or related fields are beneficial.
• Experience in remote support tools and familiarity with helpdesk or ticketing systems is an advantage.
