About the Job

As part of the systems team, you will manage user accounts and ensure smooth IT operations, including system maintenance, security incident handling and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to all staff, addressing hardware and software issues promptly
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, including PCs, Macs, laptops, and popular software applications
• Perform routine server maintenance, administration, backups, and health checks to ensure system reliability
• Manage IT assets, including inventory tracking and procurement and assist IT documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Manage user accounts, including setup, password resets, and access permissions
• Collaborate with senior IT staff on larger projects and escalate complex issues as needed
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures to maintain a secure and efficient IT environment

About You

Core Competencies

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines
• Experience in Windows AD, O365, VMware platform and Veeam Backup
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good communication skills and a user-centric mindset, with the ability to listen actively, manage expectations, and resolve technical issues with patience and clarity.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese

Preferred Qualities & Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Fluent in Putonghua will be an advantage
