IT Support Officer

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level Help Desk support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues for end users (onsite & remote).
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, notebooks, peripherals (printers, scanners, barcode devices), and essential software.
• Manage and support the organization's internal network, including Internet, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, VPN, and basic CCTV
• Manage user accounts, corporate email, access permissions, and data backups.
• Maintain the IT asset registry and keep system documentation/user manuals up to date.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and IT procurement.
• Provide first-level support to ERP users, including login issues, user permissions, and basic reports.
• Receive issue reports, perform initial analysis, and coordinate with the ERP team or vendor for resolution.

Requirements:

• Solid foundation in hardware, software, and networking (LAN / WiFi / VPN).
• Proficient in Windows, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a service-minded attitude.
• Able to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
• Good communication skills in both Thai and English (verbal and written).
• Willing to learn new technologies and contribute creative ideas to improve IT operations.
