IT Support Officer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Officer to provide day-to-day technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our office IT systems. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of desktop support, networking, hardware troubleshooting, and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and standard software.
• Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with LAN setup, Wi-Fi configuration, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Install and troubleshoot office hardware, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Maintain basic records and documentation of IT issues, solutions, and equipment.
• Use and explore AI tools for troubleshooting, research, documentation, automation, and improving daily IT support tasks.
• Assist employees with day-to-day IT-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Stay updated with new technologies and identify tools that can improve IT support efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in IT support or a related role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS installation, configuration, and software deployment.
• Understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi routers/access points, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of office hardware, printers, and peripheral device setup and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools and their practical use in IT support is preferred.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and provide timely support to employees.
