IT Support Officer

Job Title: IT Support Officer

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Support Officer to manage and maintain IT systems, networking equipment, and parking management systems across our parking sites. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues remotely and visiting sites whenever required to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, operating systems, and applications.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and other network issues.
• Visit different parking sites whenever required to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain IT equipment, inventory, and technical documentation.
• Perform routine system updates, antivirus checks, and data backups.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure IT security policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, printers, and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel to different parking sites for on-site technical support.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Relevant IT support experience will be preferred.
