Role Objective:

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Officer to provide second-line technical support across SalamAir’s cloud-based IT environment. The successful candidate will support business-critical SaaS applications, Microsoft 365, AWS cloud services, corporate networks, and end-user technology while ensuring high system availability, security, and excellent user support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide second-line IT support for hardware, software, and end-user issues.

• Support and administer business applications including Radixx, AIMS, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Darwinbox, and Accelya.

• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and AWS cloud environments.

• Support LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, internet connectivity, and network infrastructure.

• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and endpoint devices.

• Coordinate with vendors to resolve incidents and support system enhancements.

• Maintain IT documentation, assets, and compliance with security policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support covering applications, cloud, and network infrastructure

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and AWS cloud services

• Experience supporting SaaS applications in an airline, aviation, or other 24/7 operational environment is an advantage.
