IT Support Officer – Cybersecurity Focus

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and service-minded IT Support Officer to provide day-to-day technical support and assist in maintaining the company’s cybersecurity controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and user access issues.
• Monitor and maintain computers, network devices, firewalls, and endpoint security tools.
• Manage user accounts and access rights based on approved requests.
• Support vulnerability checks, security updates, and incident response activities.
• Maintain IT asset records and software license compliance.
• Prepare IT procedures and promote cybersecurity awareness among users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or a related role.
• Basic knowledge of network security, firewalls, endpoint protection, and access control.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Service-minded, responsible, and security-conscious.
