IT Support Officer (Infrastructure)

About the role

Manage and maintain the organization's Network, Server, Hardware and Infrastructure systems to ensure continuous availability and operation.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, improve and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Firewall, Wireless and Internet systems
• Maintain and support Windows / Linux Server operations including Active Directory, File Server and Email Server
• Inspect and resolve issues with PC, Notebook, Printer and peripheral devices
• Monitor IT Infrastructure performance regularly and conduct Preventive Maintenance
• Coordinate with Vendors and Service Providers regarding IT and Network system maintenance
• Prepare system user manuals, maintenance reports and troubleshooting documentation
• Provide User Support services to ensure smooth user operations

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support, Infrastructure or Network
• Knowledge and understanding of Network, Firewall, Switch, Router, Windows Server and Linux Server
• Strong ability to analyze and resolve technical problems
