IT Support (Part Time)

As an IT Support, you will and should have:
Experience setting up and troubleshooting computers, printers, headsets, monitors, and other office equipment.

• Basic knowledge of networking, Wi-Fi, routers, LAN connections, and internet troubleshooting.
• Able to troubleshoot common hardware and software issues independently.
• Familiarity with user account setup, password resets, access management, and basic security practices.
• Experience supporting remote employees and work-from-home setups is an advantage.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of data privacy, confidentiality, and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple support requests.
• Willing to work on a part-time schedule and provide support when needed.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable computer if the role is remote.
