IT Support/ Security Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2–3 IT support for users, devices, and business applications
• Manage user accounts, onboarding/offboarding, and identity/access requests
• Support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration
• Implement and maintain security controls across systems and endpoints via Intune.
• Configure devices and Support endpoint management, compliance, and device security policies via Intune.
• Assist with firewall, VPN, and network security configuration
• Monitor backups, system health, and recovery processes
• Support incident response, troubleshooting, and security alerts
• Work with GRC to implement and maintain security requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in IT support or systems administration
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 environments
• Understanding of identity, access, and endpoint management concepts
• Basic networking knowledge (VPN, DNS, firewalls)
• Experience supporting IT systems, users, and infrastructure
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Entra-ID, Intune, Defender, SharePoint, Exchange, etc.)
• Exposure to cybersecurity or compliance environments
• Familiarity with firewall and backup systems
• Google Workspace administration experience
• IT certifications (Microsoft / CompTIA / cybersecurity)

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
