What they need
IT Support, M365
We are seeking a motivated IT Support to help keep the servers, applications, and end-user environments running smoothly for one of our Global Top-tier Banking clients.
Your new role
Set up and configure laptops, monitors, and peripherals for new joiners.
Monitor production servers, applications, and network services; acknowledge alerts and escalate as needed.
Provide Tier 1/2 support for Windows/Linux endpoints, Office 365, and core business applications.
Assist with system health checks, patching, backups, and routine maintenance on servers and virtual machines.
Log and track tickets in our helpdesk system; keep users updated on progress.
What you'll need to succeed
Possessed IT support, helpdesk, or related infrastructure roles (internships and projects count).
Must be familiar with M365 admin basics and Active Directory user management.
Willingness to learn Linux basics, scripting, and security practices over time.
Good communication skills in English; Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
