IT Support Specialist

We operate an outdoor LED media network with 14 screens across Hong Kong, managed via the Scala digital signage system for remote updates. We are looking for a hands-on IT Support Specialist to maintain office IT support, network reliability, connectivity, and cybersecurity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide daily IT support for computers, printers, email, software, and office networks.
• Monitor and troubleshoot remote LED screens, including media players, controllers, network gear, and connectivity.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, backups, updates, and IT assets.
• Maintain cybersecurity for office and remote LED systems.
• Monitor remote access, apply security patches, and support incident response.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site technicians as needed.
• Offer occasional emergency or after-hours support.
• Support Scala operations for content updates, scheduling, and distribution.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT support, system administration, or network support.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, remote access, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with Scala, digital signage, media players, or remote-site networks is an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with good communication and interpersonal skills
