What they need
The IT Support Specialist will provide technical assistance to end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support system access requests, and assist with IT operations. Requirements
1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support roles
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and operating system issues
Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking concepts
Experience with user account management, password resets, and access support
Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)
Ability to install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to document technical issues and resolutions accurately
Basic understanding of IT security practices and data protection policies
Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical teams
