IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Job Requirements

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related course
• With at least 1–2 years of experience in IT support or technical support role
• Knowledgeable in computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting
• Familiar with operating systems, printers, internet connectivity, and basic server management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
• Willing to work flexible hours when needed
• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, internet, and network-related concerns
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Monitor and maintain the company’s network and IT systems
• Assist employees with system access, email setup, and software usage
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for major technical concerns and repairs
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
• Ensure data security and proper handling of confidential information
• Document technical issues, repairs, and maintenance activities
• Support the setup of meetings, presentations, and audiovisual equipment when needed
• Perform other IT-related duties assigned by management
