IT Support Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support for hotel and casino systems, including PMS, POS, and guest Wi-Fi.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for guests and staff.

3. Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as computers, printers, and POS terminals.

4. Ensure IT security compliance by monitoring system access and updating software.

5. Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and preventive maintenance tasks.
