BCIC Swiss GmBH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support on a dispatch basis at our client site in Zurich, Switzerland.

🛠 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Provide onsite IT and end-user technical support during scheduled dispatch visits

• Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, software, and application-related issues

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and peripherals

• Set up and deploy laptops/desktops for new and existing users

• Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive

• Perform basic Active Directory tasks, including password resets and account/access support

• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic connectivity issues

• Provide break-fix support for hardware and software incidents

• Support printers, peripherals, meeting room equipment, and other onsite IT devices

• Log, update, and resolve incidents and service requests using IT ticketing systems

• Maintain accurate IT asset records and technical documentation

• Follow SLA requirements and provide professional customer-focused support

• Assist with IT rollouts, installations, upgrades, migrations, and other onsite projects

✅ 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

• Currently residing in Switzerland with a valid work permit

• Good English communication skills

• 2+ years of proven experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or End-User Support

• Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking

• Experience with Active Directory and IT ticketing systems

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and customer-service skills

• Ability to work independently during onsite dispatch assignments

• Willingness to travel to the client site in Zurich as required
