IT Support Specialist

In 2022, CCN Holding established its Bucharest Branch Office to participate in hospital tenders in Romania and oversee awarded projects. CCN is currently executing the Dimitrie Gerota Emergency Hospital Project for the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Bucharest, SRU Iasi (Spitalul Regional de Urgenta Iasi,) SRU Cluj (Spitalul Regional de Urgenta Cluj), Children Hospital Cluj and continues to expand its international presence through major construction and healthcare projects.

CCN is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team, working in Cluj office .

We are looking for an experienced, service-minded, and solution-oriented IT Support Specialist to ensure the continuity of IT operations, provide end-user support, and maintain hardware, network, and peripheral systems across multiple project locations.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide on-site and remote IT support to end users across project sites;

· Ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, computer installations, hardware assets, and peripheral devices;

· Support printers, video conferencing systems, IP phones, projectors, and other office technologies;

· Register, track, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests through the ITSM system;

· Work in coordination with the central IT team to implement corporate IT standards, procedures, and security policies;

· Support network infrastructure, including switches, routers, access points, and structured cabling;

· Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, operating systems, office applications, and user accounts;

· Manage IT asset inventory and follow up on spare parts, consumables, and equipment requirements;

· Keep users informed throughout the support process and ensure timely resolution of requests;

· Prepare IT support, inventory, and operational status reports when required.

Qualifications

· Advanced command of English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in an international work environment;

· Minimum 3 years of experience in end-user IT support, service desk, or technical support roles;

· Solid knowledge of network technologies, including switches, routers, access points, and structured cabling;

· Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, and DNS;

· Working knowledge of Windows Server administration;

· Hands-on experience in both on-site and remote user support;

· Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 products and administration;

· Experience with ITSM platforms such as Jira, ManageEngine, or similar tools is preferred;

· Technical competence in hardware troubleshooting, printers, and peripheral devices;

· Familiarity with both Windows and macOS operating systems;

· Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills;

· Analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-focused, and result-oriented approach;

· Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site project environment;

· Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when operational needs require;

· Availability to support IT operations for projects across Bucharest and Cluj.
