IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist.

Position: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Hours: 8:00 a.m. ? 5:00 p.m.

Yoakum Bank is looking for a dependable, positive, and service-minded IT Support Specialist. If you enjoy technology, solving problems, helping people, and continuing to learn, we encourage you to apply.

You will work with employees throughout the bank to keep technology running smoothly and resolve day-to-day hardware, software, and system issues.

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, responsive technology support to employees at all bank locations.
• Troubleshoot computers, printers, scanners, webcams, phones, software, and other equipment.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows 11, email, Active Directory, file management, VPN, and other bank systems.
• Track technology issues and work with outside service providers when needed.
• Assist with technology projects, cybersecurity, information security, and business continuity efforts.
• Learn and support the Bank?s core system and applications.

What We're Looking For

• A willingness to learn new technology and continually improve.
• A high school diploma or equivalent and approximately two years of IT, help desk, or related technical experience.

Banking experience is helpful, but a strong attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to serving others are equally important.
