IT Support Specialist

· Gain in-depth understanding and proficiency in using the software bundled with our machines to provide both technical support and user guidance to customers, either remotely or on-site.

· Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues related to our products.

· Build the computers included with the machines we sell, install, configure, and test both hardware and software to ensure everything is working correctly prior to the delivery date.

· Assist the System and Network Administrator with internal IT tasks, including resolving technical issues (e.g., computer setup, printer problems, network troubleshooting) and supporting other routine or non-critical IT activities.

· Perform system updates and maintenance.

· Document all IT-related activities—including internal support, installations, maintenance, and customer interactions—to ensure transparency, accountability, and effective knowledge sharing across the team.

· Assist with basic graphic design tasks, such as creating simple layouts, resizing images, updating marketing materials, and performing basic video editing when needed.

Pay: From Php23,000.00 per month
