IT Support Specialist

We are looking for an IT Support to manage day-to-day IT operations, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth functioning of IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate IT support activities .
• Coordinate with vendors for IT services, repairs, and maintenance.
• Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
• Monitor IT requests and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and IT tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
