What they need
Love solving tech issues and helping people? We're looking for an IT Support Specialist to support users, troubleshoot technology, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, and IT systems.
- Manage help desk tickets and provide user support.
- Set up computers, phones, and accounts for new hires.
- Support conference room and AV technology.
- Maintain IT inventory and equipment records.
- Assist users across multiple locations.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of IT support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Active Directory, Windows, and Mac.
- Exposure to virtualization, cloud platforms, networking, VoIP, and mobile device management.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
