IT Support Specialist

DUTIES

1. Internal IT & Desktop Support (Egads )

• · Office & End-User Support: Servicing executive, project management, and design staff desktop/laptop workstations, peripheral hardware, software provisioning, Entra ID access permissions, and local printing.
• · Network & Infrastructure Maintenance: Managing office routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi networks, server racks, and local data storage units at Egads' main Las Vegas facility (Polaris Ave).
• · Manufacturing Floor IT Support: Providing desktop and operational support to shop floor stations, CAD/CAM workstations, and floor terminals used by fabrication, CNC, and assembly teams.

2. Shop Floor & Industrial OT Engineering

• · Machine & Controller Maintenance: Managing network connections, firmware updates, and local PC interfaces connected to laser cutters, CNC routers, 3D printing equipment, and custom sign fabrication machinery.
• · Hardware Staging & Pre-Deployment Testing: Assembling, staging, and stress-testing LED video controllers, media server rigs, DMX lighting boards, and interactive controllers in the office/shop before shipping to client locations.

3. Field Deployment & On-Site Installation (Travel/Site Operations)

• · On-Site Installation & Integration: Travel to client venues (casinos, sportsbooks, hospitality locations, and entertainment hubs) to commission new signage, custom illuminaires, and architectural displays.
• · Protocol & Network Bridging: Linking site network infrastructure (TCP/IP, local servers, cloud-hosted content networks) to local hardware buses (DMX lighting networks, RS-485 microcontrollers, custom casino gaming feeds).
• · Field Troubleshooting & Remediation: Diagnosing network drops, media player failures, wiring glitches, or video matrix mapping errors directly on client job sites during launch phases or emergency service calls.
• Work Model: Office-Based & On-Site Deployment
• · Primary Base: Office-based out of Egads' primary facility in Las Vegas, NV. You are present on-site during core business hours to deliver hands-on desktop support, maintain local networks, and interface with shop floor operations.
• · Field Component: Periodic travel and deployment to client job sites (local Las Vegas venues, national casino installations, and regional hospitality projects) for commissioning, system integration, and critical support.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
